The Opportunity As a New Logo Sales Leader, you will drive new logo acquisition by selling AI enabled services, Digital Transformation, Business Applications, ERP and CRM consulting services to mid-market organizations across North America. You will engage senior business and technology leaders, shape multi-phase transformation journeys, and position Synoptek as a trusted strategic partner. What You ll Do - Acquire new customers and close complex consulting engagements, demonstrating a strong hunter mindset and passion for winning new logos
- Lead sales pursuits focused on:
- Business Applications (CRM & ERP)
- AI enabled services, digital modernization, data-driven insights, and enterprise enablement
- Define customer transformation roadmaps aligned to growth, efficiency, agility, and risk mitigation
- Create compelling value propositions, deal strategies, pricing models, and commercial structures
- Build pipeline through targeted prospecting, strategic alliances (Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow), industry networks, and executive relationships
- Engage confidently with C-suite and senior business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
What You Bring - 5+ years of new business development experience selling consulting-led, enterprise solutions
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business applications, or CRM consulting environments
- Proven experience selling services such as:
- Business Applications (ERP, CRM, managed application services)
- Data, Analytics, AI-driven insights
- Custom application development and systems integration
- Strong track record managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
