Overview

We are seeking a Mobile UI Developer Lead to join a growing development team supporting enterprise mobile application initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys building modern user interfaces, leading technical efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mobile user interface solutions.
Partner with backend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable applications.
Drive front-end architecture decisions and establish UI development best practices.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience developing mobile and web-based user interfaces.
Experience serving as a technical lead or senior developer on application development projects.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern front-end development practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Angular and modern web technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
Exposure to compliance, governance, or certification management processes.
