Summary
The role involves contributing to the development, testing, and delivery of reports and dashboard services/products. The candidate will analyze existing offerings, prepare technical documentation, and recommend necessary upgrades. They will also be responsible for identifying user/client requirements and defining technical specifications to deliver effective solutions.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, testing, and delivery of reports and dashboard services/products.
  • Analyze existing offerings and recommend upgrades.
  • Identify user/client requirements and define technical specifications.
  • Prepare and share technical documentation with senior analysts and technical teams.
  • Support senior analysts by fulfilling data requests and providing technical assistance.
  • Work closely with a team of three, and collaborate with a fourth team member.
  • Engage with internal client employees.
 
Qualifications
  • Extensive understanding of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of business data analysis and the ability to interpret business data.
  • Working understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of requirement analysis tools, methods, and techniques.
 
Skills
  • Proven experience in querying and analyzing large and complex data sets in Snowflake or similar tools (typically 2 years).
  • Experience with AI workflows, including data pipeline engineering and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience in designing and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations in Tableau and/or Power BI (typically 2 years).
  • Practical experience delivering production-deployed solutions (typically 2 years).
  • Self-starter, driven, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data.
  • Experience with data structures using SQL.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $53.00 - $54.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
