Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Structural Engineering Professional to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work under general supervision to perform conventional structural analysis and design, develop design concepts, and collaborate closely with structural leads, engineers, and drafters to communicate structural requirements effectively within design documents and 3D models.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for an engineer with a solid foundational knowledge of structural principles who is eager to take on increasing responsibility. You will contribute to multidisciplinary projects, refine your technical judgment, apply building code provisions for wind and seismic design, and take ownership of your assigned scopes under the guidance of senior professionals. If you possess a degree in civil/structural engineering and are looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Analysis & Design
Core Design Execution: Perform conventional aspects of structural engineering analysis, design, and calculation checking under general supervision.
Code & Lateral Application: Build working knowledge of lateral analysis principles and practices (wind and seismic), applying required building code provisions to project designs.
Scope Ownership: Take responsibility for managing your workload, making commitments, and meeting schedule, budget, and quality requirements for your assigned portion of the structural scope.
Quality & Verification: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, rigorously check your own work, and assist with calculation checking for peer deliverables.

Professional Growth & Collaboration
Technical Guidance: Proactively seek guidance and mentorship from peers and senior engineers when questions arise or when faced with complex design conditions.
Scope Tracking: Define your own scope, begin developing effort-forecasting skills, and promptly identify and escalate potential scope changes to your Structural Lead.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Partner with other engineering disciplines, drafters, and BIM designers to ensure seamless integration of structural requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with an explicit emphasis in Structural Engineering.
Licensure / Certification: Active Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in structural engineering analysis and design.
Technical Mastery:
oFamiliarity with US building codes and standards, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.
oDemonstrated understanding of structural mechanics and conventional building materials.
Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities; highly organized with a proactive attitude toward professional development.

Preferred Attributes
Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis (or dedicated Master's in Structural Engineering).
Hands-on experience with industry-standard structural analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
Practical experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.
Prior exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or general industrial facilities design.

Logistics & Remote Work Requirements
