Functional Order Management Lead Analyst (100% Functional)

Primary Focus:

This role supports the Order Management and Order Fulfillment functions from a fully functional standpoint no development work. It is designed to partner with legacy client's SMEs to bridge acquired operations into the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Order-to-Cash processes, particularly Order Management and Order Fulfillment.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements, understand workflows, and assess impacts of the acquisition.
• Partner with Sherwin-Williams legacy experts to align current processes with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Analyze and document business processes, identify gaps, and design futurestate functional solutions.
• Support functional configuration, testing, UAT, and rollout of orderrelated processes.
• Ensure compliance with trade and export requirements where applicable.
• Help determine how current order functions can be incorporated into Oracle Fusion moving forward.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong functional experience in Order Fulfillment
• Oracle Order Management & Pricing
• E2Open Trade Automation / Export Documentation
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders in Order-to-Cash environments

Nice-to-Have

• IMI AOM (Advanced Order Management) exposure
• Experience in acquisition integration projects
• Experience documenting and improving end-to-end OTC processes
