Title: Power BI Developer
Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite/Hybrid depending on client needs

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Optimize queries and ensure performance of BI solutions.
Implement data security, governance, and role-based access in Power BI.
Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, etc.).
Provide training and support for self-service BI adoption.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
