- Logical architecture design, OOAD & UML, Enterprise and Design Patterns
- Continuous Integration, Automation
- Estimation methodologies
- Agile process models
- Enterprise Architecture methodologies
- Application Performance optimization methodologies
- Security implementation and other non-Functional quality attributes optimization models
- Insurance/Investment Domain knowledge
- Micro Services, Containerization
- Devops tools
- Collaborate with program team, understand requirements, design and design review
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review
- Lead architecture design for enterprise-grade Java applications
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
- Drive microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership and code reviews
- Ensure best practices in design patterns, security, and performance
