Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing complex digital applications and enterprise user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma, strong UX design fundamentals, and the ability to work independently with Product, Engineering, Business, and Architecture teams. This role will focus on designing intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experiences across applications and platforms while contributing to broader customer experience strategy and architecture.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in UI/UX design for complex applications or digital platforms
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma
- At least 3+ years of UX Design experience
- Experience with design tools such as:
- Figma
- Sketch
- Other UI/UX design tools
- Ability to ask insightful questions and understand user/business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work autonomously with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience designing intuitive and usable interfaces
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience designing complex systems or applications

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, user-centered interfaces for enterprise applications
- Support the evolution of the overall Customer Experience (CX) portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CX strategy and design best practices
- Ensure consistency across applications, platforms, and customer touchpoints
- Participate in end-to-end project delivery across Product, UX, Engineering, Business, and Architecture teams
- Create and support concept designs, personas, journey maps, storyboards, and other experience design artifacts
- Translate user and business needs into clear, executable design solutions
- Identify UX issues and recommend practical improvements
- Work closely with business partners, technical architects, and data/content owners
- Support design decisions through strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Help identify architectural or business changes required to deliver improved user experiences
- Stay current with evolving UX methodologies, tools, and design practices
- Contribute to reusable UX standards and consistent design patterns across products
