Onsite role from day one.
This position requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, strong design skills
(mobile and web), and proficient comprehension of computer technology and design software for daily
work tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently creating user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, user flows,
mockups and prototypes to communicate designs; and iterate on designs based on feedback
from product manager and stakeholders
Generate iterations of the user interface design to be evaluated by cross-functional teams
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Ability to design user experiences though the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and
medium to high fidelity prototypes
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how app/site function and look like
Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented properly
Produce and maintain pixel perfect graphics, graphical components and graphics asset libraries
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Adhere to CLIENT style guide on fonts, colors and images
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant creative field
A deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and a passion for learning new things
Pitching designs in a clear, detailed manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Balancing, prioritizing, and organizing tasks to meet deadlines
Self-critiquing and accepting outside feedback
Being self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Experience designing user-friendly websites, desktop applications, and mobile apps
Deep knowledge of digital design techniques and tools, including typography, layouts, and
responsive design
Strong track record for bringing exceptionally well-designed mobile/web-based products to
market
