Key Required Skills:
· Defining and documenting system requirements; Creating test plans and test cases; Using Agile methodologies; analyzing business processes; writing complex SQL queries, joining multiple tables, and performing data transformations; and experience with Manual Testing
Position Description:
· Analyze business processes to identify, define, and document requirements.
· Writing complex SQL queries, joining multiple tables, and performing data transformations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, including facilitating meetings and sharing information.
· Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements.
· Conduct manual testing
Skills Requirements:
· Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
· Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
· Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
· Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
· Strong communication and technical writing skills.
· Experience with manual testing and have good knowledge of DB, SQL and API testing.
· Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
· Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
· Strong experience with tools to manage requirements.
· Skill in analyzing business processes to identify, define, and document requirements.

· Experience working on Federal Govt Contracts
· Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
· Familiarity with project management frameworks.
· Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
· Agile certification is desired.
