• Summarizing and interpreting large datasets.
• Heavy Excel usage (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, lookups).
• Trend analysis and time-based comparisons.
• Creating charts and dashboards.

• Perform statistical analysis (trend, variance, correlation, root cause).

Job Purpose

• The Associate Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining operational and management reports for US DCC operations.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Analyzes requirements and designs, develops, and tests solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate to high complexity and risk.
• Gathers, organizes and documents requirements. Performs system/data analysis and report solution development based on requirements.
• Has responsibility for production reporting support.
• Fully accommodates customer s business needs and maintains a positive customer relationship with strong communication and coordination.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of acquired expertise.
• Begins to establish areas of subject matter expertise and be able to communicate technical concepts into non-technical terms when working with non-technical constituents.
• Regularly produces internal and external customer and client reports.
• Data and report automation to drive improved and efficient profitability analysis.
• Understand variance analysis of key metrics and early identification of risks and opportunities.
• Measure established key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations/alternative courses of action to improve performance.
• Work collaboratively with internal customers to continually improve existing reporting or develop new reporting.
• Propose methods and ideas to improve the reporting systems.

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• 3-5 years of increasingly responsible professional experience.
• Bachelor s degree in computer information systems or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in all the duties of the lower level Report Business Analyst.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Advanced PC knowledge, Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel is required (including pivot tables & VLOOKUP s; advanced macros a plus).
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SSMS, Oracle SQL Developer.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and statistical skills.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor to work well with teammates and business partners.
• Acts with high degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver results on time.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

Environmental / Physical Demands

• Able to work at a desk in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Irving (DFW) warehouse.
