Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Administrator to provide L1 and L2 application support for an enterprise Windchill PLM environment.
The candidate will be responsible for application administration, incident and service-request resolution, environment stability, user support, and knowledge management across Test and Production environments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 application support for Windchill PLM applications.

Perform day-to-day Windchill administration and support activities.

Monitor and maintain application stability across Test and Production environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Support users with Windchill application-related issues.

Perform application configuration and administration activities.
-
Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex issues.
-
Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.

Support application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

Follow established IT service management and support processes.

Ensure timely communication and resolution of application issues.

Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM.

Experience in Windchill administration and technical support.

Good communication and customer-facing skills.
