As a Full Stack Engineer reporting to the Director - Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable services, intuitive user interfaces, and robust APIs using Java and React. Your contributions will drive technical excellence across the entire development lifecycle, supporting our mission to solve complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize full stack applications with Java (backend) and React (frontend).
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring security, access control, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Write clean, testable code and participate actively in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to deliver high-quality features and drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and enhance application performance across the entire technology stack.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Java (including Spring/Spring Boot or similar frameworks) and building web applications with React.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, security, authentication, and authorization patterns.
- Experience using Git and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience building or working with microservices architectures and monorepo structures.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD principles and tooling, and containerized development workflows.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
This position will be located in
Denver or Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment
at least 3 days a week in office , subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $87,000 - $152,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
