Job Description
We are seeking AI Developers and an AI Tech Lead to design, build, and deploy advanced agentic AI and generative AI solutions in a production environment. These roles will focus on developing AI pipelines that leverage multi-step reasoning, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and cloud-native AI services. The Tech Lead will own technical direction and architecture, while AI Developers will execute builds and enhancements under that guidance.
Role Breakdown
AI Developers will build, integrate, and deploy AI components following established designs and best practices, with a strong focus on hands-on development.
For All Roles

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI pipelines
• Build and integrate agentic AI workflows (orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning)
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval logic
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems using APIs and MCP integrations
• Develop scalable, maintainable AI services using Python
• Deploy AI workloads in AWS, leveraging managed AI services
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models and pipelines in production
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards

Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves

• MLOps tooling and model lifecycle management
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, etc.)
• Cloud-native architecture and microservices
• Exposure to security, governance, or regulated environments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
