Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.
- Build and support RESTful APIs and event-driven integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize database models, queries, and data access layers.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, technical documentation, and production support.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Java backend development, REST API development, microservices architecture, and database-driven applications.

- Experience developing enterprise-scale backend applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases and event-driven architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
