Location: Foster City, CA (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with AI experience to support clinical and business operations initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, AI Leads, Data Teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, define AI use cases, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions in a regulated clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and AI-related requirements.
  • Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements, including data inputs, model outputs, workflows, dashboards, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead requirements refinement, current/future state analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Partner with QA and Validation teams to ensure release readiness.
  • Support clinical systems while ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide proactive project updates.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis, Clinical Systems Support, or Clinical Operations Technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven projects or AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical development environments.
  • Knowledge of GxP validation processes.
  • Familiarity with AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working within Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support models.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt-based systems, and agent workflows.
  • Experience supporting AI, analytics, or data products.
  • Basic SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to iterative or prototype-based delivery models.
