SAP S/4HANA OCM Consultant
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OCM Consultant to support the OCM Lead throughout the SAP Activate lifecycle.
The consultant will perform detailed change-impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, communications, training-needs analysis, readiness tracking and OCM documentation. The role will participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and Agile delivery cycles and will use AI-enabled tools to efficiently analyze workshop information, generate structured outputs and maintain OCM deliverables.
Required Experience
5+ years of OCM / Change Management experience, preferably in SAP or ERP transformation programs.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or major ERP transformations.
Working knowledge of SAP Activate.
Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops and Agile/Sprint-based implementation environments.
Hands-on experience with Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communications and readiness activities.
Experience working with business SMEs and process owners.
Experience supporting UAT, business readiness and go-live activities.
Practical experience using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint.
Experience with Jira and Power BI preferred.
Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI/AI tools for OCM analysis and documentation.
Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prosci, CCMP or comparable OCM certification.
SAP Activate experience or certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori and business process transformation.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience developing AI-assisted OCM processes.
Experience with large-scale organizational transformation programs.
