oversees the planning, execution, and closing of IT infrastructure projects—such as data center setups, network upgrades, or cloud migrations—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to technical standards. They act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, managing risks, scope, and resources.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines (roadmaps) for IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Budget Management: Develop cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Communicate project status to leadership, coordinate with contractors, and manage vendor relationships.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks, develop contingency plans, and resolve problems to prevent project delays.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Technical Coordination: Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, network, and server infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (often 5+ years) in IT infrastructure, data center operations, or technical project management.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN), server infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and documentation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. [, , , , ]
