Position Title: PeopleSoft Developer
Department: Technology Delivery Services (TDS)
Bill Rate: $60/hour on W2
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview
We are seeking 5 experienced PeopleSoft Developers to support Technology Delivery Services (TDS). The selected developers will provide development and technical support for key PeopleSoft modules, including:
WFA - Workforce Administration
TAM - Talent Acquisition Management
ePerformance
Important: This is a new and separate request from the previously requested PeopleSoft Developer positions supporting UCPath, which have a specific focus on FICA and Predictable Absence Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.
Support enhancements, modifications, integrations, troubleshooting, and production issues across WFA, TAM, and ePerformance.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable PeopleSoft solutions.
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components, pages, records, PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, and related objects.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical resources.
Support application upgrades, enhancements, interfaces, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Document technical solutions, processes, and development changes.
Ensure solutions follow PeopleSoft development standards and best practices.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Candidates should have strong hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, with relevant experience in one or more of the following:
PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA)
PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management (TAM)
PeopleSoft ePerformance
PeopleTools
PeopleCode
Application Engine
Component Interfaces
Application Designer
Integration Broker
SQL
PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces
Debugging and troubleshooting
PeopleSoft customization and enhancement
Production support and defect resolution
Technical Requirements
Pay special attention to the candidate's years of experience and hands-on technical expertise. Candidates must demonstrate relevant PeopleSoft development experience, particularly with the modules listed above.
Candidates should clearly indicate their experience with:
PeopleSoft development
PeopleTools
PeopleCode
Application Engine
Integration Broker
SQL
WFA / Workforce Administration
TAM / Talent Acquisition Management
ePerformance
PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces
Application development, customization, testing, and troubleshooting
Submission Guidelines
This is a new TDS request and should not be confused with the UCPath developer requirement.
Do not submit candidates whose background is primarily focused on UCPath FICA or Predictable Absence Management unless they also meet the requirements for WFA, TAM, and/or ePerformance.
Candidates should have clearly demonstrated experience with the required PeopleSoft modules and technical skills.
Do not resubmit candidates who were previously submitted for these modules, reviewed, and not selected for an interview.
Candidates can be submitted as they are qualified; there is no need to wait until the submission deadline.
Final submission deadline is Monday, August 17, 2026.
