This position plays a critical role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing customer infrastructure while contributing to the design and implementation of modern server and network solutions.???????


Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and documentation of customer infrastructure and network environments. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure systems operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and maintain virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and hardware/software optimization
  • Administer security technologies including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
  • Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
  • Research and design system architecture best practices
  • Lead or support disaster recovery planning and execution
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding project and incident progress
  • Document all customer interactions and incident resolutions clearly and accurately
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements through process, tools, or technology
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Solutions Architects on solution design and implementation
  • Participate actively in team communication and knowledge sharing
  • Pursue ongoing personal and professional development, including industry certifications

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting networks, servers, operating systems, storage, and/or cloud environments
  • Ability to follow established procedures and technical standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including detailed documentation
  • Experience with enterprise network-attached storage, including management and data protection
  • Ability to design and deploy solutions in large-scale, mission-critical, multi-petabyte storage environments
  • Experience managing enterprise storage and backup systems
  • Skills in scripting and/or automation technologies
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand customer needs beyond technical requirements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain transparent communication
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-900
Knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server
  • Virtualization platforms
  • SAN technologies
  • Firewall technologies, NAT, DMZ, and security policies
  • L2/L3 networking
  • VoIP telephony
  • SSO, Federation, Multifactor Authentication
  • Backup, recovery, and archiving strategies
