Job Description
RPC Company is hiring a Remote B2B Sales Representative for AirDri, an established manufacturer of commercial hand dryers and restroom technology products.
This is a full-time sales opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional who can prospect, manage a territory, build relationships, and close new business. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience selling commercial products, technology-enabled products, electrical products, building products, facilities products, industrial products, appliances, contractor supply, distribution, or manufactured goods.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales hunter who enjoys opening new accounts, developing pipeline, and selling a proven product line into commercial environments.
What You Will Do
Prospect and develop new B2B business across an assigned territory.
Sell commercial restroom products and hand dryer technology solutions to business customers.
Build relationships with distributors, contractors, facility managers, property managers, commercial buyers, and other decision-makers.
Identify opportunities in commercial buildings, schools, restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, public facilities, property management groups, and industrial sites.
Manage outbound calls, emails, follow-up, pipeline activity, and account development.
Present product value around reliability, performance, energy efficiency, low-noise operation, design, and total cost of ownership.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience.
Experience prospecting, developing pipeline, and closing new business.
Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working remotely while managing an assigned sales territory.
Ability to sell value, not just price.
Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
