Required Education//Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
8-15 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and the surrounding ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies, specifically Kafka.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and relational databases such as Oracle.
Familiarity with frontend development using Angular.
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application.
Strong back-end Java skills with some front-end experience.
Clear communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
Proven ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver solutions in short cycles.
Comfortable using AI coding tools.
Desired Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
Expertise with Java 17+, Spring, and Spring Boot Framework.
Experience with Reactive Programming.
Experience with Python for scripting.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Experience building applications with Angular and React.js; React.js is acceptable in place of Angular.
Proficiency with testing frameworks such as JUnit.
