Introduction

International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a talented Grafana Dashboarding Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Grafana Dashboarding Engineer, you will be responsible for developing real-time monitoring and visualization dashboards using Grafana, integrating data sources for analytics and reporting, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop real-time monitoring and visualization dashboards using Grafana.
Integrate Data Lake, telemetry, and operational data sources for analytics and reporting.
Develop backend services and APIs using Java.
Build frontend components and dashboard customizations using JavaScript.
Configure alerts, KPI tracking, and proactive issue detection mechanisms.
Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Operations teams to improve observability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience with Grafana dashboard development.
Strong Java and JavaScript programming skills.
Experience with Data Lakes, ETL pipelines, and data integration.
Knowledge of Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, or similar monitoring platforms.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in telemetry analytics, proactive monitoring, and observability solutions.
Exposure to Kafka, Databricks, or Big Data ecosystems.
