Job Description
seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer II to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials supporting the adoption and effective use of ServiceNow, with a primary focus on Service Operations Workspace and Platform Analytics.
The Instructor will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and operational teams to understand current processes, translate them into clear training content, and facilitate learning through multiple delivery formats. This role is critical to ensuring user adoption, process consistency, and operational readiness across .
This is a high-visibility, onsite role requiring strong instructional design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in project and team meetings to support the development of training strategies and materials.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and operational users to understand workflows, requirements, and training needs.
Design and develop end-to-end training materials, including job aids, user guides, presentations, and knowledge resources tailored to multiple
user personas.
Ensure all training content aligns with processes, quality standards, and accessibility requirements.
Deliver training in multiple formats, including classroom sessions, virtual instructor-led training, and train-the-trainer programs.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve training materials and delivery methods.
Ensure training content is accurate, actionable, and easy to understand to promote user adoption and operational efficiency.
Maintain version control, documentation, and updates across all training modules and materials.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or operational procedure documentation.
5+ years of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise training materials.
5+ years of experience delivering training in facilitator-led and train-the-trainer formats.
3+ years of hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, including:
o Service Operations Workspace
o Reporting
o Platform Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
Additional Requirements
Must reside in the Austin, TX area and be available onsite 4 5 days per week.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
