Title : Microsoft 365 & EUC Architect
Role Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Architect with strong EUC expertise to design and deliver a modern, secure, and scalable digital workplace. This role focuses on endpoint management, identity, collaboration, and virtual desktop solutions within the M365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and standardize M365 and EUC solutions across the enterprise
• Lead design and implementation of:
o Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
o Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA
o Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / Windows 365
• Define device lifecycle, compliance, and security baselines
• Drive Zero Trust architecture for endpoints and identity
• Oversee Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint architecture and governance
• Lead M365 migrations, device onboarding (Autopilot), and workplace transformations
• Establish governance, monitoring, and cost optimization frameworks
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to align solutions

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
o Intune & modern endpoint management
o Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA
o Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Expertise in EUC architecture, endpoint security, and device compliance
• Experience with large-scale M365 implementations and migrations
• Working knowledge of PowerShell automation and Zero Trust principles

• 12+ years in IT with strong EUC / M365 focus
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale deployments and transformations

• Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure)
• Experience with Defender suite, Citrix/VMware VDI
• Exposure to ServiceNow or ITSM integrations
