  • Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and governance teams to integrate AI capabilities into production solutions, with a focus on accuracy, latency, security, reliability, and compliance.

  • Influence and align cross functional teams across product, technology, design, and business functions to establish best practices and drive meaningful experience improvements.

  • Coach and mentor product practitioners, promoting consistency in approach, adoption of best practices, and continuous learning across teams.

  • Drive strong stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners, ensuring product decisions reflect strategic priorities and enterprise needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI/ML enabled products in enterprise environments.

  • Strong experience partnering with data science and engineering teams to deliver production ready solutions.

  • Solid understanding of LLMs and modern AI systems, including their practical application to real business workflows.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders across organizations.

  • Experience managing AI platforms or product portfolios with enterprise adoption.

  • Track record of leading products in ambiguous, emerging technology domains.

  • Experience operating in regulated or risk sensitive environments, with deep working knowledge of IT, OGC, GRS, or Finance domains preferred
