We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Engineer to join a high-impact infrastructure and observability team supporting enterprise monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions
✔ Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware, AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Platform environments
✔ Build dashboards, alerts, health checks, and performance monitoring strategies
✔ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident troubleshooting
✔ Support Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM)
✔ Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams

Required Skills:

✅ 7+ years of Dynatrace Administration/Engineering experience
✅ Dynatrace Managed to SaaS migration experience
✅ Windows/Linux Administration
✅ VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
✅ DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing
✅ PowerShell or Bash scripting
✅ Kubernetes Monitoring
✅ Jira / ServiceNow
✅ Monitoring baselines, KPIs & SLAs

Preferred:
• AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience in regulated environments
