Key Skills (Priority Order)
- Experience into Agentic AI Platform standards and Prompt engineering
- Implement IVR, voice, chat, and omnichannel bot experiences leveraging Kore.ai s multichannel capabilities.
- Build and maintain Kore.ai virtual assistants
- Implement dialog flows, intents, and integrations
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into conversational workflows
- Develop backend services using Node.js and Python
- Integrate bots with enterprise systems via REST APIs
- Support deployments across environments (Dev / QA / Prod)
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Prompt Engineers, QA, and BAs
- Follow coding standards and delivery best practices
