Manager of Finance & Analytics- Jacksonville, FL- full time- only locals

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA, CTP, or similar) preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning or corporate finance
• 3+ years of experience leading a finance team.
• Strong data and analytics skills with the ability to source data, architect the models and guide users.
• Experience supporting complex organizations with enterprise-wide planning needs
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large financial systems and reporting tools (ERP experience a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and communicate financial insights clearly
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
