Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
 Job Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the Payments domain to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across backend services, APIs, and modern front-end technologies, along with a solid understanding of payment processing systems and banking workflows.
 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern UI frameworks

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for payments platforms

• Work on end-to-end payment processing systems (ACH, Wire, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.)

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

• Implement secure coding practices aligned with banking and regulatory standards

• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and production support

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD processes

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Java development experience

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture

• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka/Message queues)

• Frontend experience with React.js / Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript

• Database experience with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL

• Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines

• Solid understanding of system design and integration patterns

• Payments Domain Experience (Mandatory):

• Knowledge of payment gateways, transaction processing, and reconciliation

• Experience with ACH, Wire Transfers, RTP, SWIFT, or card payments

• Familiarity with banking compliance, security, and audit requirements

Nice to Have:

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

• DevOps or SRE exposure

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Test automation knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction

• Ability to work in fast-paced financial services environments
