Program Manager – Oracle Cloud Migration

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud Migration initiative. This role requires an experienced enterprise Program Manager who can manage end-to-end delivery, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication for Oracle transformation programs.

This is NOT a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager role.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading Oracle Cloud migration initiatives, Oracle ERP/EPM implementations, executive reporting, program governance, and cross-functional coordination across multiple business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Migration programs from planning through execution.
• Manage large-scale Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM implementation initiatives.
• Drive overall program delivery, governance, planning, execution, and risk management.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Business teams.
• Track multiple project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Oracle project plans and testing schedules.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple teams.
• Own Program Roadmaps and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies).
• Conduct Program Test Sync meetings.
• Create Executive Dashboards and Program Summary reports.
• Present project status to Directors, VPs, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop governance frameworks and delivery strategies.
• Utilize Jira for program reporting and project tracking.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure successful Oracle Cloud migration delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
