Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform electromagnetic design analyses and calculations as needed.
• Prepare and deliver analysis results to large audiences.
• Interpret and clarify customer technical expectations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team to achieve internal cost targets and establish cost objectives.
• Define and uphold technical compliance with customer requirements.
• Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate technical design efforts with other Unison resources, including Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and integrated product teams.
• Draft technical proposals and present technical details to customers.
• Generate comprehensive design and analysis reports.
• Other Assignments may include:
• Be the primary technical customer point of contact
• Thermal analysis
• Structural analysis
• Cost reductions
• Production product improvements and factory support
• Internal research & development
• Resolution of field issues
• Other coordination and problem solving projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in engineering).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

The base pay range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 11, 2026.
