Job Responsibilities

Engineer automated API-based ingestion solutions to replace manual CSV-based claims data upload processes.

Develop secure connectivity modules for leading EMR and Practice Management systems including Epic and Athenahealth.

Map and normalize complex healthcare data elements from multiple vendor platforms into a unified schema.

Implement Python scripts to automate real-time and scheduled claims data synchronization workflows.

Design secure OAuth-driven authentication and authorization workflows for enterprise healthcare system access.

Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Workday platform administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Accounting Center.
- Experience in configuring business process frameworks, security roles, and access rules.
- Experience with system audits, data integrity validation, and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in functional requirement gathering and technical documentation for ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
