Job Responsibilities

Engineer automated API-based ingestion solutions to replace manual CSV-based claims data upload processes.

Develop secure connectivity modules for leading EMR and Practice Management systems including Epic and Athenahealth.

Map and normalize complex healthcare data elements from multiple vendor platforms into a unified schema.

Implement Python scripts to automate real-time and scheduled claims data synchronization workflows.

Design secure OAuth-driven authentication and authorization workflows for enterprise healthcare system access.

Execute comprehensive integration testing to validate data accuracy and completeness across various EHR environments.

Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Workday platform administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Accounting Center.
- Experience in configuring business process frameworks, security roles, and access rules.
- Experience with system audits, data integrity validation, and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in functional requirement gathering and technical documentation for ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Lead the maintenance and configuration of HR and Finance modules within the Workday platform.
- Implement platform security policies, governance rules, and role-based access management.
- Execute technical enhancements for the Adaptive Planning and Accounting Center environments.
- Facilitate cross-functional support between HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders for system optimization.
- Design and validate complex business process frameworks and automated system workflows.
- Manage tiered platform support, technical troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Direct the testing, validation, and deployment of new software releases and platform updates.
