- Experience managing small-mid size projects with some complexity
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
- Banking/Financial Services industry background

- Experience working with HR data, including applying data standards, business rules, and analytics to support workforce insights and decision-making
