UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a seniorlevel User Experience (UX) Designer to partner closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to define and deliver highquality user experiences across digital products. This role blends strategic thinking with handson design execution and provides UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers. The ideal candidate is collaborative, systemsoriented, and comfortable operating across discovery, design, and delivery.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and business system analysts to translate business needs into intuitive, usercentered design solutions.
Lead endtoend UX efforts including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for webbased products.
Create and maintain highquality design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Synthesize user research, business requirements, and system constraints into clear, actionable design decisions.
Provide UX leadership through design reviews, feedback, and bestpractice guidance; mentor junior UX designers and help elevate overall design quality.
Advocate for consistent, accessible, and usable experiences across platforms and products.
Contribute to the evolution of UX standards, design systems, and processes.
Required:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant UX design experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex UX work.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with busine55ss stakeholders and analysts.
• Proficiency with Figma for UX and visual design.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience translating research and requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Preferred:

• Experience or familiarity with AIassisted design workflows (e.g., generative design concepts, AIsupported research synthesis) or general exposure to AI in UX contexts.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior UX designers.
• Familiarity with HTML and frontend concepts to support effective collaboration with development teams.
