Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sigma Technical Lead with strong expertise in Sigma Computing and modern analytics/reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will lead analytics initiatives, design scalable reporting solutions, and enable business users to derive insights through intuitive dashboards and semantic models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage Sigma Computing semantic models, dashboards, workbooks, and reusable metrics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Sigma.
• Lead analytics platform implementations and configuration activities.
• Identify reporting and analytical process gaps and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Guide and mentor team members on analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Support enterprise-wide reporting and self-service analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Sigma Computing as a front-end analytics and reporting platform.
• 2–5 years of Sigma implementation and configuration experience.
• 5+ years of experience in descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Proven experience as a Sigma Technical Lead in enterprise analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, semantic modeling, and BI reporting.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools such as:
  • Tableau
  • Cognos
  • Power BI
  • SAS
  • SPSS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile analytics/reporting environments is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
• Experience mentoring or leading analytics teams.
