Job Details

Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation and business matters
  • Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and filings
  • Manage electronic filings in state and federal courts with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and organize case files, including opening new matters and tracking documentation
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements
  • Assist with billing processes, including time entry review and administrative follow-up
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams while handling sensitive information
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Anticipate attorney needs and proactively address routine requests

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation support experience, preferably within commercial and business litigation
  • Experience with state and federal court e-filing procedures
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court rules, and filing requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys; prior leadership or mentoring exposure is a plus
