Digital Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Manager in Irving, TX.

Duties:
* Digital Product Manager will analyze business operations and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and outcomes
* Develop business cases and recommendations for new initiatives based on data and organizational goals
* Support strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Prioritize work based on stakeholder needs, business priorities, and long-term goals
* As a Digital Product Manager, you will coordinate project execution and partner with internal teams to deliver solutions on time and with quality
* Define success metrics and monitor performance to ensure value is delivered
* Foster strong collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience
* Experience managing projects, initiatives, or business processes
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
