Job Title: Technical Project Manager Financial/Fintech
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager, preferably with a background in finance or fintech, to lead and manage complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will excel in facilitating collaboration, planning, and execution across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery sessions with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, scope, and expectations.
- Lead planning sessions that include grooming of epics and user stories, identifying dependencies, sizing efforts, resource planning, and developing detailed release plans.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient sprint execution.
- Coordinate Scrum-of-Scrums meetings with impacted teams to monitor progress, resolve impediments, and keep the project on track.
- Oversee the execution of sprints, testing strategies, test execution, defect management, and release activities.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:
