Job Title: Account Manager (BFSI)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (BFSI) to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain.

Experience Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in IT Consulting / Technology Services
• 8+ years managing BFSI enterprise accounts
• Proven experience as Client Partner, Account Director, AVP, or Director
• Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, FinTech
• Experience selling:
• Digital transformation
• Cloud & data platforms
• Core banking modernization
• AI / Analytics
• Application development & managed services
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global delivery and onsite-offshore models

• “For the Director level, we are looking for candidates with 14–16 years of experience, and for the AVP level, candidates should have 15+ years of experience.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and expand key BFSI client accounts

• Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Proven account management and client engagement experience
