Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint products, primarily focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Ensuring the secure and efficient management of user access across various enterprise systems and applications.
  • Adhering to organizational policies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Create and customize components like workflows, rules, connectors, and reports.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems.
  • Onboard applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Implement and manage RBAC and access policies.
  • Conduct access certification campaigns.
  • Manage identity lifecycle events.
  • Perform role engineering, entitlement discovery, and enforce policy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
  • Support audit and compliance activities.
  • May provide technical leadership and mentoring.
  • May also be involved in code reviews, training, assisting with IAM roadmaps, and administering environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM tools, with expertise in API integration, access governance, certifications, and file access management.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and web technologies.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with various systems.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • SailPoint certifications are a plus.
