Sr Project Engineer

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the development of our factory test equipment and contribute to the success of our Ring Laser Gyro and Inertial Measurement products. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of new equipment builds.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee project building and validation of Factory Test Equipment.
Develop and manage project schedules.
Establish new build processes for custom factory equipment.
Apply technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge to Factory Test Equipment (FTE).
Integration of test solution designs into working systems for the Factory.
Interface with vendors and suppliers for BOM development and acquisition of parts for equipment builds.
Generate engineering documents for the FTE schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, specifications, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
Experience with equipment testing and validation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
