We\''''re seeking a business-focused SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst / Testing Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA ERP upgrade initiative. This role will play a key part in testing, business process validation, and user acceptance activities related to procurement and vendor management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes and hands-on SAP testing experience. This position is less focused on SAP configuration and technical development and more focused on partnering with business stakeholders, validating requirements, creating and executing test scripts, and ensuring successful deployment of new SAP functionality.

This individual will work closely with procurement, accounts payable, business process owners, SAP configurators, and project teams to support the successful implementation of S/4HANA enhancements and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) upgrades.

The role offers significant visibility within the organization and strong potential for long-term employment following the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Testing & User Acceptance Support:
Develop, maintain, and execute SAP test scripts supporting Procure-to-Pay processes.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
Document testing results, defects, and resolutions using HP ALM or similar testing tools.
Validate business requirements and ensure SAP enhancements meet operational expectations.
Coordinate testing efforts across business and technical teams.

Procure-to-Pay Process Support:

Support procurement, purchasing, vendor management, and invoice processing workflows.
Assist with implementation of new procurement functionality within SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current and future-state processes.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

SAP Project Support:

Support a large-scale SAP ERP release upgrade and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) enhancement project.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants and configurators to validate system functionality.
Assist with issue identification, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate discussions regarding requirements, testing scenarios, and process impacts.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and testing outcomes effectively.
Build strong relationships with procurement, finance, IT, and project stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Management:

Create and maintain testing documentation, business process documentation, and training materials.
Ensure testing activities comply with project governance and quality standards.
Support knowledge transfer activities during implementation and transition phases.
