Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resources Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering water resource projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage water resource projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for water management and conservation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to water resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute projects.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and progress.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in water resources engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resource management principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and GIS tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
