US Domestic Transportation Operational Analytics Team, you will create and maintain complex analytics business intelligence products/pipelines, analyze business data, identify trends, and support process improvements to drive operational efficiency in Walmart's transportation network.
About the Team:You'll join the US Domestic Transportation Operational Analytics Team
based in Bentonville, AR, working closely with cross-functional partners to optimize transportation operations using advanced analytics and business intelligence products.
What You'll Do: - Analyze business data and metrics to support the development of business cases and recommendations.
- Identify and validate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics projects.
- Develop and present data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support data quality management activities, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement solutions.
What You'll Bring: - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data quality management and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Effective communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of data quality management and data governance practices.
You'll sweep us off our feet if: - You have 4+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain analytics.
- You have hands-on experience with advanced statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis.
- You have a track record of supporting process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
