Compensation: (Bill Rate: $55.00 - $70 OR FLEXIBLE) (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Test Data Management (TDM) Architect to lead enterprise-level data strategies. This is a 100% remote role requiring mandatory camera participation and strict adherence to EST business hours. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in CA TDM (Broadcom) with a proven track record of designing scalable data masking and virtualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategy & Design: Architect enterprise TDM strategies including data provisioning, masking, and synthetic data generation compliant with GDPR/HIPAA.
* Hands-on Implementation: Lead technical execution using CA TDM Portal, Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, and Javelin workflow design.
* Virtualization: Utilize Delphix for data virtualization, cloning, and automation via REST APIs.
* DevOps Integration: Integrate TDM solutions into Agile/DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
* Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from intake to delivery and restoration across diverse database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).

Required Qualifications

* Experience: 8–15 years in Test Data Management.
* Mandatory Tooling: Proven expertise in CA TDM / Broadcom TDM is required. (Candidates without this will not be considered).
* Preferred Tooling: Hands-on experience with Delphix is a significant advantage.
* Technical Breadth: Proficiency in Javelin, GenRocket, or Informatica TDM is a plus.
* Communication: Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain a "camera-on" presence in all professional meetings.
