Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data with strong expertise in MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) processes, data products, and enterprise data environments. The role will define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise data products supporting supply chain planning, order management, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and operational analytics.

Key Requirements

  • Strong understanding of MedTech supply chain processes, terminology, and data landscape.
  • Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or similar data-focused product leadership experience.
  • Experience defining and managing enterprise data products supporting business-critical supply chain capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business, data, analytics, architecture, engineering, and technology teams.
  • Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, KPIs, and value realization for MTSC data products.
  • Translate supply chain business objectives and pain points into data product capabilities.
  • Act as the bridge between MTSC business stakeholders and data/technology teams.
  • Support supply chain domains including demand/supply planning, sales orders, fulfillment, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, delivery performance, lead times, backorders, ATP, and operational analytics.
  • Own data products from ideation and requirements through implementation, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.
  • Define requirements, features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog.
  • Partner with Data Architecture and Engineering teams on scalable, reusable, governed solutions.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, consistency, completeness, lineage, metadata, governance, availability, and reliability.
  • Lead requirement workshops, product discovery, roadmap communication, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, release planning, production readiness, adoption, and post-production feedback.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of overall professional experience in Data, Analytics, Supply Chain, Product Management, or related areas.
  • 3+ years of Product Manager/Product Owner experience managing enterprise data or analytics products.
  • Prior professional experience MedTech Supply Chain initiatives is good to have.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise data transformation or modernization programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong Agile product management experience.

Preferred Data & Technology Knowledge
Enterprise data platforms, data warehousing/lakes/lakehouse, data modeling, master/reference data, data integration, data quality, data governance, metadata and lineage, SQL concepts, cloud data platforms, APIs/integrations, BI/analytics, and AI/ML use cases. Databricks, Azure, SAP, Power BI, enterprise data catalogs, and modern data platforms are beneficial.
