Requested Qualifications
7 Years Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C#, ASP.NET, Web API for n-tier web deployment.
7 Years Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
7 years Experience with Oracle: Database design and modelling, fluent with PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, creating tables, etc.
7 years Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), dynamic link library, SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
7 years Experience using Team Foundation Server and GIT including CI/CD for source code management.
7 years Experience with user provisioning, authentication and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
6 years experience working with applications and data that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA regulations within a health care environment.
6 years experience working with Human Resource list management system following civil service guidelines.
3 years Experience with Patient Tracking and Survey system following Department of Health Guidelines.
