Summary
Mid-Level Hardware Engineer
Location: Carson, CA
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, development, testing, debugging, and modification of electronics including:
- Variable Frequency Motor Drives (VFMDs)
- Vacuum generators and air compressors (ACIM/BLDC)
- AC/DC Power Converters (3-Phase)
- 28V DC Valve Controllers
- W&W System Controllers for commercial aerospace
- Lead and support technical engineering teams and projects
- Interface with cross-functional teams to deliver airworthy, robust designs
- Participate in engineering process improvement initiatives
Required Experience:
- Complex electronics design (PCBs, embedded systems, power electronics)
- Schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Cadence, Altium (preferred), or Mentor Graphics
