Responsibilities:
- Senior Backend Developer:
- Strong Java (Backend technology) development expertise: Deep understanding of core Java (Backend technology) concepts, design patterns, and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
- Software architecture skills: Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures
- Problem-solving abilities: Capability to analyze complex problems and provide/implement solutions
- Performing code review, optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with Agile development: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
- Mentorship and coaching to development team members.
- Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Proactive identification of potential risks and issues
